Social Studies

I will be integrating much of the social studies curriculum into the language arts block. However, we will do some special classroom projects such as ancient culture reports, medieval books, Renaissance Fair, and a school-wide History Fair. The sixth grade social studies curriculum is vast, but exciting. We cover from earliest civilization up through the 20th century! We will begin by refreshing our geography skills, and then we will dive right in.
